Terms of service

1. Points are not money

Points are a limited, revocable, non-transferable promotional licence to use ranking features. They have no monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, sold or converted, and may be adjusted or reversed in cases of abuse, error or fraud.

2. Your listings

You may only list URLs you own or are authorised to promote. You are responsible for their content and for any affiliate disclosures. We may reject, hide or remove listings and campaigns at our discretion.

3. Fair use

Automated signups, self-referrals, multiple accounts, click fraud and any attempt to interfere with the ledger or ranking are prohibited and lead to suspension.

4. Advertising

Takeover and affiliate campaigns are subject to approval. Points are reserved at booking and refunded only when a campaign is rejected or cancelled at least one hour before it starts.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is during its demo phase. We do not guarantee traffic, clicks or outcomes, and we are not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and the point rules; material changes will be announced on the site.
